SPECIAL SERVICES

JumpStart

“Jump start” is our program for new members to become acclimated to the gym and learn about our programs, equipment, and what to do to meet their goals. Many of our members have said this was a key reason they actually used the gym and saw results. By taking advantage of this initial consultation – which includes a health history screening, assessments, nutritional education, and program design – you won’t feel “lost” in the gym!

QuarterSteps

Quarter steps is the follow up to our “jump start” program; it is free with your membership and includes a full consultation with one of our fitness professionals every three months. This allows you to track progress in real, tangible numbers by having assessments taken, and to see how your nutrition is progressing as well. After 3 months, you will also need to change up your workout routing to continue seeing results.

Grocery Shopping

Once a month (based on participation) we will meet you at a local supermarket and walk you through the landmines that await you there – we want to see you succeed, and nutrition is a HUGE part of your success or failure. So we’ll teach you how to read food labels, compare like products and choose the better, what to look for in the ingredients, etc.

Progress Tracking

As a member of PROMATx, you have access to our fitness assessments and analysis, including graded exercise testing, blood pressure/heart rate testing, body composition, circumference measurements, metabolic testing and more.

Consultations

Consultation with a fitness professional is available to all members, and is included in the price of membership. By sitting down and spending time evaluating your goals, interests, health history, nutritional habits and other areas, our professional will be able to better assist you in developing the right program to suit your individual needs.

Personal Training

Our fitness professionals are the best in this area. We adhere to the highest standards of certification and accreditation, which means you are safe and have a greater likelihood of actually seeing results. We offer a broad range of personal training packages, which allows you to choose what price, setting, etc. best suits you.

Team Training

Team Training is a cost-effective way to get a personal trainer. We will place you with a group of up to 10 other people who are at a similar level of fitness and who have similar goals. This allows you to work at a safe but challenging pace to accelerate your results. And you get all the benefits that come with a personal trainer, including nutritional guide, assessments, success coaching, and off-day programs.

One – on – One Training

Many of our clients believe this is the best way to see results and reach your goals; a 1 – on – 1 personal trainer has the ability to really get to know YOU, your struggles, eating habits, goals, and parameters so you can be challenged appropriately and see changes quickly. People who train 1 – 1 also feel like they learn a lot more about fitness, nutrition, and why they’re doing what they do both in and out of the gym.

Personal Coach

Personal coach is part of our personal training department. This is a good option if you are on a budget, or know your way around the gym and just need a little “boost”! With personal coach, you meet with your trainer on a monthly basis to track measurements, nutritional and change your exercise routine. For some, this is just enough accountability to keep them on the right track and continue seeing results, while others use it as a maintenance program, after using a personal trainer to reach their goals.

Metabolic Testing

If you would really like to know what your metabolism is doing feel free to contact us for our metabolic test. This test takes roughly about 20 minutes to do and will eliminate your guessing of how to eat for your goals. If you would like to dial in your nutrition, just check out our metabolic fingerprint test.

MAG-SSR Nutrition Guide

This eating program will dial your food down to 1/10th of a gram and show your how to build a successful eating habit for optimal results. Couple this with a metabolic test and supplementation for optimal results of your workout program.

Train with a Friend

Training with a friend (or two) is an option many members choose when starting out at the gym. It is slightly less expensive than 1 – 1 training and some of our clients have said it helped them feel less intimidated to have a friend by their side! You still get the full benefits of 1 – 1 training, but share your time and expense with someone else.

Group Exercise

Our group fitness schedule is free to all members and designed to suit all levels of fitness. We have classes ranging from strength conditioning to group cycling, and highly trained instructors to coach you through each one. Group classes are a great way to get acclimated to the gym and get to know other members.

Child Care

Childcare is available Monday – Saturday and is include in your membership price. Please check with the front desk for current times.

Supplements
